Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) – $6.99
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – $12.99

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination. Customs and import duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.


Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Glam Skincare products! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@glamskincares.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and shipping information.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used skincare products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
